For one week in October 2026, Sri Lanka welcomed the 49th Mrs Universe, and AURA Laboratories was there as its official sponsor. From 18 to 24 October, delegates, national directors and guests from around the world travelled between Colombo, Kandy and the Cultural Triangle, with the AURA name on the stage, on the photo walls and on the official programme.

A week across Sri Lanka
The programme opened in Colombo and moved inland to Kandy, with visits to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. Delegates then crossed into the Cultural Triangle to climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress and spend time in Dambulla, before returning to the Hilton Colombo for the final days and the Grand Finale on 24 October.

National costumes and the Grand Finale
National costume night is one of the most anticipated evenings of Mrs Universe, as each delegate brings the textiles, colours and craft of her home country to the stage. Gaby Lara of Guatemala appeared in a hand-patterned costume crowned with red feathers, and another delegate wore a jewelled headdress and an embroidered violet gown in front of the AURA product wall. On the final night in Colombo, the evening gown round closed the competition on a stage dressed in gold and white.

Throughout the week, delegates stopped at the AURA Laboratories photo wall, where the AURASOME exosome range and AURA Ritual skincare were on display. For a Canadian brand that works with clinics and distributors across the UAE and the GCC, it was a chance to meet women from around the world who lead in their families, careers and communities.
